As a Salesperson, there is a lingo which is Your Calendar is your boss....
If there is no intentional planning for your business to generate activities for the year, the quarter, the month, the week and daily... You basically just allow your business to drift by.
To take charge of your business, we always want to ensure that there is intentional planning for Leads generation and meeting new people.
No matter how good you are in your craft, if there is no one for you to help... And if no one knows how you can help them and solve their problems or add value to them. There is no way you can do well in your real estate business.
Sometimes setting a yearly goal is a daunting tasks, especially where real estate salespeople don't get paid till you complete a transaction for a client. And all forms of costings are on you, ads, marketing, company deduction, subscriptions, no cpf, pay taxes, your petrol, and most importantly your Time and Risk as a self employed. But if you break down your goals to a monthly and daily task... Then it will set your focus to be more visible when you set out to conduct your business each week.
