A man who told a reporter he'd buy "hookers and cocaine" if he won the Powerball jackpot says he would actually spend the money on his loved ones and their community. Issac Carranza was waiting to buy a ticket last week when a reporter asked him what he'd buy if he won the jackpot. "A bunch of hookers and cocaine," he told the stunned reporter.
