Road users are generally pleased with the new Wuyang Expressway following its first rush hour test on Monday. According to the National Freeway Bureau, the new elevated expressway reduced morning congestion on National Freeway 1 by about a fifth between New Taipei's Wugu and Taoyuan's Yangmei.
