This is not the usual "6 months or one-year" transformation story that you usually see on the internet. This is the story about putting in work for the last 10 years to slowly build a good physique and overall better health from a completely messed up nerdy youth to become the movie personality that I am right now. This is a combination of pure hard work and repeated efforts of finding and rectifying each mistake I made in building my overall health. I believe that my story will inspire many to prioritize health above all and also to be very persistent in whatever things they pursue.
