This is the best and fastest method of making raw gold available to all classes in legion patch 7.3, between 16-20K gold per hour. This is raw gold, not items you have to sell or professions where you have to attain ranks, accessible through the class trial system to any one with a wow account.

You can make substantially more gold from this play attempting to sell pets for gold and you don't have the same restrictions from the class trial system on that, however I wanted to avoid promoting methods where you have to sell things on the auction house (ah) as this costs gold in the form of unprofitable down-time trading and transaction fees.
UPDATE: The gold reward is no longer offered to class trials. The quest is still there for regular rogues. The pets can still be farmed indefinitely by main or class trial characters and sell for a very decent amount if you can find a buyer.
