Join ecologist Christopher Doyle of Flynn Furney Environment Consultants for an introduction to some of the non-native invasive species that you should get to know.
This presentation is funded by the Heritage Council in conjunction with a project to manage two of the invasive alien plant species (Cherry Laurel and Japanese Knotweed) growing at Belvedere Gardens and Park.
The management of these invasive alien plant species at Belvedere is being funded by the Heritage Council as an action of the Westmeath Heritage Plan and by the National Parks and Wildlife Service under the National Biodiversity Action Plan Grant Scheme with support from Westmeath County Council.
