Chicken Cutlets Recipe

Delicious & crispy chicken patties that can be made in just 40 mins. These make a great snack / appetizer or a starter for parties or weekend meals.
They go perfectly well even with a cup of tea as a evening snack.

For this chicken cutlet recipe, I have used boneless chicken breasts but bone-in chicken can also be used.

Ingredients:-

Boiled & shredded boneless chicken- 250 gm
Boiled potato:- 250 gm
Oil:- 2 Tbsp
Green chili- 2
Garlic- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
cumin powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4
All purpose flour- 1 Tbsp
Cooking cream- 3 Tbsp
Coriander
Semolina- 1 cup
Eggs- 2
Oil for frying
