Karpatka is a delicious polish cake, easy to make. Is one of my favorite. Perfect for enjoy in the summer!

Ingredients:
Dough:
120 ml milk
120 ml water
150 g all purpose flour
4 large eggs
80 unsalted butter

Cream Filling:
2 large eggs
150 g granulated sugar
50 g cornstarch
500 ml hot milk
130 g soft unsalted butter
2 tbsp vanilla
