We found this property April of 2020 and new as soon as we set foot on it that it was a project that we wanted for our family to build together. It is on the west slope of Pilot Peak just outside of Montello NV. It is covered in pinyon pine and juniper trees along with all types of high desert fauna. There are several heavily used elk rub lines across the property and other small game. There is a very promising spot at the top of the property to develop a horizontal spring.
