In this video, I use the Lens Blur filter in ON1 Effects to blur the background and bring more attention to the subject of my photo. The Line Mask Tool helped me to get a clean mask on the angular subject - a sign post - and blur only the parts of the photo I wanted. See how the Line Mask is re-editable and how additional control points can be added to refine the shape after the initial mask. You’ll also learn how to finish the mask off with other tools like the masking bug to produce a clean, natural looking lens blur effect.
