In this session, Texas-based Rusty Myers will discuss the basics of using a flash for outdoors that will be useful for general photography; he’ll cover equipment and settings; and then deeper dive into teaching you how to use those techniques to enhance your wildlife shots. Using a flash while taking pictures of wildlife, particularly birds, can really help by filling in shadows and stopping action. With Rusty’s tips your images will look more natural even while using artificial light.
