3 WAYS TO PREVENT HAIRLOSS because there's so many different reasons for hair loss it's very very hard to prevent it completely but there are some things you can definitely do to make sure that it doesn't happen to you earlier than it should so number one make sure that you have a healthy diet that is compatible with your blood type so go ahead and find out what your blood type is eat in accordance to it and quite frankly if you just do that in itself really helps control inflammatory issues as well as nutritional issues number 2 know your genetics if your genetics is such that you are going to plausibly deal with male or female pattern loss earlier in life then you can start on something like a DHT block.
or start on a topical tincture that also blocks DHT so that could control it before it actually even becomes an issue and number 3 make sure you know what's going on with yourself internally in dealing with inflammation if you have constipation diarrhea ask reflux if you're on medications regularly that are going to be dealing with blood pressure cholesterol anti anxiety those are factors that could be inflammatory those inflammatory factors could certainly lead to early onset hair loss
