We've been keeping this a secret, but now it's time for the big reveal: our new version of FlexiBowl is cleanroom compatible!

FlexiBowl® is a flexible feeding device that can be easily integrated with every robot and vision system.
Entire families of parts within 1-250 mm and 1-250 g can be handled by a single FlexiBowl® replacing a whole set of dedicated vibratory bowl feeders.
Its lack of dedicated tooling and its easy to use and intuitive programming software allows quick product changeovers inside the same work shift.
New parts and production changeovers can be made in a matter of minutes.

Cleanrooms are controlled environments, engineered to maintain a very low airborne particulates contamination. They are mainly used for industrial productions in pharmaceutical, medtech, life science, and semiconductor manufacturing.
Our FlexiBowl is compatible with ISO 5 requirements, meaning that it can work in some of the strictest production environments!
