Tagine Zitoun or Chiken with Olives is an Algerian dish that's usually served on Ramadan and special occasions
Ingredients
1 whole chicken or as much as you prefer
4 tbsp chopped parsley
4 medium carrots sliced
1 big onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped if preferred
1 tsp mediterranean seasoning
1 tsp curry powder
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups of green pitted olives washed very well
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
