Creamy and delicious, this cake is a must-try!INGREDIENTS
380g (1 ¼ cup) sweetened condensed milk 250g (1 cup) Greek yogurt Hazelnut cream Hazelnut grains
METHOD
Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add the yogurt and mix very well. Place kitchen paper on a baking tray, grease and pour the yogurt mixture in.
Cover the top of the baking tray with aluminum and place in a steamer. Wrap the steamer pan lid in a kitchen cloth and cover the pan.
Steam for 30 minutes. Uncover and let cool. Drain the liquid.
Garnish with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grains.
