25 Jump squats - finish with 20 pulses
Crab walks with pulses each end
50 Straight Leg pulses each side

Ab circuit
25 each side knee to elbow
25 Shoulder taps each side
20 Side pikes each side

Arm circuit:
30 Jumping jacks
25 Front chest pulses with band
25 Back pull apart with band
