Twenty-five years ago, governments adopted the ground-breaking ICPD Programme of Action, which recognized the importance of sexual and reproductive health and rights in global development. We’ve seen tremendous progress since then around the world, but there’s more work yet to be done.
With the ongoing setbacks in US foreign and domestic policy on sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice (SRHRJ), we must move beyond ICPD. As a global movement, we need to create a bold vision and positive strategy to elevate SRHRJ in US policy for the future. We know that SRHRJ efforts must be broad and inclusive of all peoples’ needs, sexual well-being and personal autonomy.
In this webinar, presenters discuss how we can all play a part in building a new framework for advocates working on US policies at every level.
