Political tensions and repeated election delays are continuing to fuel violence in the DR Congo. President Joseph Kabila, whose term ended in December 2016, is accused of clinging to power. Opposition leader Felix Tshisekedi has rejected suggestions that he is open to a deal with Kabila. Tshisekedi made the comments on Tuesday at a rally marking the anniversary of multi-party politics in the DR Congo. It's the first time the opposition has held a rally in years. Beryl Ooro has more.
