Drafting is a concept used in racing in which two or more race cars align closely, and creates a vacuum like effect. This vacuum effect allows the trailing cars to use the leading car to pull them forward, reducing their overall energy expenditure.
While the concept of drafting is usually used in racing sports, we can also use it as a real life concept. The friends you hang out with, the books you read, the music you listen to...all of these things you draft off of whether or not you realize it or not.
It's important to take a step back and see what you are drafting off of, and find out what things are positively or negatively effecting you. Once you have that answer, you'll be able to create a plan on what you need to do more of, and what you need to minimize.
