●Ingredients
-Pork : 200g / 7.05oz
-Onion : 1/2
-Egg : 3
●Seasonings
-Sweet cooking sake : 1Tbsp
-Soy sauce : 1Tbsp
-Cooking sake : 1Tbsp
-Hondashi (Instant bouillon) : 1tsp
-Sugar : 1tsp
-Water : 50ml
-Flour : 2Tbsp
-Bread crumbs : 2Tbsp
●How to cook
Katsudon
1. Fry the pork (0:40~)
Pork→Flour→Egg→Bread crumbs
Cut the tonkatsu into bite size pieces
2. Cut the onion (3:15~)
3. Stir-fry all the ingredients (4:45~)
Water→Cooking sake→Soy sauce→Sweet cooking sake→Onion→Sugar→Hondashi→ Tonkatsu→Egg
5. Itadakimasu いただきます (9:05~)
