Thanks for joining me on another Sunday Reset where we clean, meal prep, get groceries and prepare for a successful week! This week we did a smaller grocery haul so we can use up some of our freezer and pantry inventory, started the Fly Lady cleaning method with zone cleaning and meal prepped some quick and easy recipes! Tineco Vacuum+Mop: [ Ссылка ]
Banana- Brownie Muffins:
1 cup oats
1 banana
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
3 Tbsp PB2 prepared (or any nut butter)
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
-Blend all ingredients together, pour into muffin tin, add a few chocolate chips to each muffin.
-Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 minutes.
-Makes 9 brownie muffins.
-Store in an air-tight container in the fridge, reheat for 20 seconds for maximum brownie experience!
Sausage Fried Rice: (2 servings)
1 package cauliflower fried rice/stir fry (fresh or frozen, I used Kevin's brand)
2 Andouille Chicken Sausage Links
2 Cups Frozen Stir Fry Veggies or veg of choice
Soy Sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
-Pan fry all ingredients with salt, pepper and garlic powder until cooked through. Add soy sauce at the end to taste. Enjoy!
Blueberry Cheesecake overnight oats: (recipe for 1 serving/ per jar)
1/3 cup Oats (old fashioned or quick)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp Cheesecake flavored pudding mix
1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
Stir and keep in a mason jar or air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve cold or warm them in the microwave!
