'From Fairest Creatures We Desire Increase' read by David Shaw-Parker:~ Shakespeare is suggesting in this poem that if the fair youth does not procreate then it would be very selfish; he would be greedily and pointlessly hoarding his beauty and not passing it on to future generations for the world to enjoy.

David Shaw-Parker trained at RADA and began his career with the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1977. His recent theatre appearances include My Fair Lady, The False Servant and Oedipus Rex at The Royal National Theatre and The Country Wife, Acorn Antiques, Heavenly Ivy and Uncle Vanya in London's West End. He has recorded extensively for BBC radio and in 1992 was invited to join The Muppet's voice team to play Joe the Spider in The Muppet's Christmas Carol.
