The controversial Delhi Service Bill has been passed by both the houses of the parliament. It will replace the ordinance that overrides the directive of the supreme court which gave control of Delhi bureaucracy to the Delhi government. The ordinance talks about establishment of National Capital Civil Service Authority that will include Delhi’s chief secretary and Delhi’s CM.
