Hi all, this is my latest project, finally completed it a few months ago, took my 4 months. This is my 1925 Credenza, the date on the make is Dec 31st 1925. I got lucky on this as this is a early 4 door model, they came out the mid to later part of 25 into 26. But mine came with a Brass reproducer, so I basically lucked out by a day or so because in 26 they started using the pot metal ones. I bought this from a local man, it was his grandfathers, who bought it new. I paid 200 for it, came with 35 victrola binders full of records and a tiger oak record cabinet, have not touched that yet.
The insides motor board lid are original, I redid the finish, finished it in special walnut. Cleaned and regressed the 4 spring motor, brass reproducer is all original, and sounds great, I restored the dashpots lid supports, so now the lid shuts nice and soft by it's self. And a new piece of grill cloth. This was by far the hardest machine I ever have done, took me a long time but it came out great. Hope you enjoy it
