Recipe:
800g Bulaklak(Flower Fat)
800g Tripe
enough water just to cover the meat
1pc Onion(sliced)
2bulb Garlic(minced)
75g Ginger(sliced)
2cups Bigas na malagkit(sticky rice)
1-2cups of Achuete water
To taste Patis(fish sauce)
To taste Pepper
Garnish:
Thinly sliced green onions
Fried garlic
Boiled egg
TIPS:
*If you want more thicker consistency, you can simmer it more.
