On this video we are keeping it simple with an how to on bbq pulled pork. This is my basic recipe for making slow smoked pulled pork on the Weber Grill.

Carolina Sauce:
1 c cider vinegar
1/2 c hot water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
