Here's the excerpted audio of Travis's monologue during the Death Metal fight. I ripped it from the ISO of the Wii version and converted it for Youtube. Someone asked for the audio of the monologue alone, and I figured it wouldn't hurt to make the video public.

While this is a great monologue that sets up the game nicely, it's admittedly a little hard to hear during normal gameplay due to the music and sound effects. Some people have told me that they didn't even know he had a monologue during the fight as a result. If nothing else, the subtitles are handy!

As a side note, the reverb is actually present in-game, but naturally, it's not very obvious while fighting. Here's a small clip of the fight with the music turned off showing the reverb more clearly: [ Ссылка ]. It's possible that it was meant to signify that the monologue takes place in his head (as opposed to Travis actually delivering it out loud).
