Certain options in NFCU are only available to military members (active duty, national guard and reservists) and veterans. However, there are many options open to civilians as well. Personal credit cards (secured and unsecured), business cred it cards, personal loans, home mortgages, pledge loans, business loans, CD accounts, checking and savings accounts, etc. If you are eligible to join Navy Federal as a civilian, then I really encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities.
