Ingredients (材料):
300g mung beans (绿豆)
750ml water (水)
3 pandan leaves, knotted (班兰叶,打结)
110g caster sugar (细砂糖)
135g grated white coconut (白椰丝)
60g plain flour (普通面粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
Ingredients for batter (脆浆材料):
100g plain flour (普通面粉)
50g rice flour (粘米粉)
30g corn flour (粟粉)
1 tbsp custard powder (吉士粉/蛋黄粉)
2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
200ml water (水)
1 tbsp oil (食油)
