Hey guys!! Today I bring you 7 DIY washi tape projects that are both super simple and cute, and really inexpensive to make so I hope you like them!
1 Birthday card: to make a cute birthday card you are going to start off taking a square piece of paper and covering it with your favorite washi tape. Once you’re finished stick the excess to the back. Fold a piece of cardstock in half and glue this square to the front part. Then take a little piece of ribbon, make a knot, cut the excess if necessary and glue it to the top of the square so it forms a present. Write happy birthday at the bottom part and that’s it! This is a super easy and cute way to make a card.
2 Gift wrap: if you have to wrap a present but you don’t have any wrapping paper a super simple way to do it is using regular white paper to wrap the present and decorating it with washi tape. You can make stripes or any design you can imagine. It will end up looking even cuter than with regular wrapping paper.
3 Agenda decor: you can also decorate your agenda with washi tape. To make a page marker fold a piece of washi tape in half, leaving a little bit of the sticky part, and cut the top with the shape of an arrow. You can also use washi tape just for decoration or to highlight anything important.
4 Pen/Brush holder: you can decorate a vase with washi tape as I’m doing here and use it as a pen holder for your desk, or fill it with rice and use it to store your makeup brushes.
5 Bookmark: to make a bookmark take a rectangle of cardstock and cut the top corners like this. Then stick your washi tape making any design you want like these diagonal stripes and cut the excess from the sides. Punch a hole at the top and add a piece of ribbon as I’m doing in the video.
6 Phone case: for this project you will need a phone case that fits your phone. Cover it with washi tape, again, making any design you want and tape the excess to the inside of the case. To create the camera holes simply cut the shape with a cutter and press any excess to the inside. And I didn’t do this but to seal everything you can add a layer of white glue.
7 Cute magnets: for the last project, take a magnetic sheet and stick some washi tape. Cut the excess and cut it in smaller pieces so they look like tape pieces. And you have some cute little magnets to place on your fridge.
Don't forget to leave me in the comments which kind of videos you want to watch next. Thanks for watching!!
