CHIMICHURRI COMPOUND BUTTER⤵️

8 oz room temp butter
1/4 cup (fresh) parsley, minced
2 TBSP (fresh) oregano, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all of your ingredients together
2. Then roll your butter into a log shape and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until butter hardens
3. Slices into rounds, gently heat when ready to eat.
Good with grill meats, seafood, bread, pastas, and more
