Hey kids! Episode 121 of Weekend Wankshop with Uncle Ben Eller here is a real shred fest. This is a half picked, half legato lick in the style of Paul Gilbert, one of my favorite players ever! He has an awesome way of combining picking and legato to make blazing hot licks that aren't too rough to play, and sound awesome. Eddie Van Halen does a lot of licks like this too. Get a hold of this one and prepare for liftoff!
