This week, we will practice the turns with some arm patterns that you could explore and add into your dance. The combination starts with the basic, without any fancy arm movements. After that, we will do 3 different arm patterns. The last arm pattern in the video also includes a kick before the turn to create diversity in the turn.
I hope these combinations will give you ideas on how you could play with the unwind turn and inspire you to create your own.

In the 5mins bellydance, we focus on the technical aspect of belly dancing. Our purpose is for you to get a quick study on how certain techniques are used and applied in the dance. We also ends the short tutorial video with a simple practice dance combinations of the technique taught to let you practice them at home. Please do note that, learning through videos are not a replacement to a regular belly dance class, as in class, you'll get immediate feedbacks from your teacher. However, use these videos as additional guidelines and practices for you to complement your classes.
