材料 :
鸡翅 4 只 洗净
腌料 :
虾酱 2 茶匙
蚝油 1 茶匙
麻油 1 茶匙
白糖 2 茶匙
绍兴酒 1 汤匙
鸡蛋 1颗
面粉 3 汤匙
木薯粉 3 汤匙

Ingredients (Diana)
1. Chicken wings ~4pcs (tie a few toothpicks together and poke the wings. Marinate with 2tsp of prawn paste, 2tsp sugar, 1 tsp oyster sauce, little pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Hua tiao for at least 4hrs or overnight in the fridge)
2. Egg x1
3. Tapioca flour 3tbsp
4. Plain flour 3tbsp
Method
1. Add egg to the chicken and mix well
2. Add tapioca flour and plain flour to the chicken and mix well
3. Heat wok and add more oil ~140-150deg
4. Add the chicken and deep fry under medium low heat for 10min
5. Turn to high heat and fry till crispy and golden brown for 15sec
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
