This is all in good fun. The characters in here are only bad in terms of gameplay specifically. I did a poll on Serenes Forest, and had people vote on who was the worst. I then took the highest votes, and put them in. Lyre had the most votes, while some - like Vika and Mist - had 3. So there are characters in this video, that only got in via the bare minimum.
