I think my favorite part about this model is that it excels in so many different athletic, lifting, and gym settings. The R.A.D ONE is a solid shoe for doing CrossFit workouts, tackling heavy lifting, and training in athletic-focused settings.

My favorite two things about the R.A.D ONE are the versatility of this shoe and its Swell Foam midsole/outsole construction.

I think this shoe walks the line of stability and versatility really well while also not showing any glaring and major durability concerns.

The only real cons about this shoe are the sizing for some athletes and the limited colorways. Assuming you get your sizing right, there's really not much to dislike about this shoe.
