This Mother's Day surprise your lovely Mom with my version of this Creamy Tuna Pasta Alfredo. It can be cooked in just 20 minutes and you'll have this rich, flavourful, delicious Tuna Alfredo. Hope you can give this a try and let me know in the comment section.
Ingredients:
500 grams lenguine
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 sliced mushroom, (425 grams)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
salt, adjust accordingly
2 tuna in can (155 grams)
2 all-purpose creamer, you can use heavy cream or half and half. (370ml)
1 pack knorr cream of mushroom, diluted in 1 cup of water
a pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt to taste, adjust accordingly
parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish
NOTES:
📝You can use any pasta you prefer
📝 Nutmeg round out the flavor of the sauce, if you don't have available. It's okay to leave it out.
📝Once you add the cream, cook it on low flame so it will not get burn.
📝 This dish serves 6-8 persons
