Full Workout
- PC to Front Squat
4 sets x 8-10 reps (not counting warmup sets)
- Snatch Pull
4 sets of 5 reps (not counting warmup sets)
- Snatch Pull To Knee
3 Sets of 12 reps (no warmup sets required)
- Stiff Legged Deadlifts
5 Sets of 6-8 reps (not counting warmup sets)
There you have it, a full leg workout with just a barbell and weights.
