Ingredients:

බීට් රූට් ටික මැරිනේට් කිරීමට | To Marinate Beetroot,
• බීට් රූට්, ග්‍රෑම් 250 | Beetroot, 250 Grams
• තුනපහ කුඩු, තේ හැදි 1 ½ | Curry Powder, 1 ½ Tsp
• ලුණු, තේ හැදි 1 | Salt, 1 Tsp

බීට් රූට් පිසීමට | To cook Beetroot,

• ළූනු, ගෙඩි 1 (කපාගත්) | Onion, 1 (Sliced)
• ඉගුරු & සුදු ළූනු පේස්ට්, මේස හැදි 1 | Ginger & Garlic Paste, 1 Tbsp
• අමු මිරිස්, කරල් 2 (කපාගත්) | Green Chili, 2 Pods (Chopped)
• රම්පේ & කරපිංචා, ස්වල්පයක් | Pandan & Curry leaves, A Little
• කුරුදු පොතු, පොඩි කෑල්ලක් | Cinnamon Sticks, A Small Piece
• උම්ඹලකඩ, මේස හැදි 2 | Maldive Fish, 2 Tbsp
• අබ ඇට, තේ හැදි ½ | Mustard Seeds, ½ Tsp
• කෑලි මිරිස්, තේ හැදි 1 ½ | Chili Flakes, 1 ½ Tsp
• ලුණු, තේ හැදි ½ | Salt, ½ Tsp
• තෙල්, මේස හැදි 2 | Oil, 2 Tbsp

හායි, මම ගෝසිත. ඔන්න අද මන් අරගෙන ආවා බිට් රූට් හදන රසම ක්‍රමයක්. අපි ගොඩක් හදලා කන්නේ බිට් රූට් කරිය නේහ්. මන් අද කියලා දෙනවා ලේසියෙන් රසට බීට් රූට් තෙම්පරාදුව හදන විදිහ.
