I have finally found a stable setting (Crash Fix) of enjoying Forza Horizon 4 on the Steam Deck with No Crash. Unfortunatelly it involves going into Desktop Mode.

Gameplay is captured on the Steam Deck from the Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 - Ultimate Edition.
