We go back to the 1994 Preseason American Bowl matchup from Berlin Germany. First-quarter Chargers quarterback Stan Humphries is intercepted by John Booty. Second-quarter, Giants quarterback Dave Brown runs in from 10 yards out tied the score at 7-7. Before the half, Dave brown connects with Aaron Pierce from 3 yards out tied the score at 14. 3rd quarter a young Michael Strahan sacks Charger quarterback Gale Gilbert. 3rd quarter the Giants take the lead with a 5 yard run from Keith Elias 21-14. 4th quarter a Giants punt is muffed by the Chargers and recovered by Jessie Armstead, giving the Giants great field position. That set up a Kent Gahram to Omar Douglass 5 yard touchdown pass. Final Giants win 28-20.
