Rhythm Changes is one of the most common chord progressions in jazz music.
It got its name from the chord changes of the famous tune which later became a jazz standard - I Got Rhythm by George Gershwin.

Many traditional swing/dixieland and so do Django Reinhardt's compositions and later gypsy jazz tunes, are based on variations of the Rhythm Changes chord progression.
You can implement what you learn here over the A-part of songs like
I Got Rhythm, Daphne, Belleville and many more.
