On a day off work, I travel out to Banff National Park to do the Johnston Canyon hike, which includes beautiful views of the canyon and the upper and lower falls. My friend Jesse came with me, and we finished the excursion within a couple hours (although we took our time). My favourite part was going through a tunnel at one point to get a better view of the lower falls. All in all it was a great trip, and I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in Banff National Park, as it is a hike that really gives you exactly what makes the Rocky Mountains so unique.
