Park Jung-bum returns to the festival fresh from winning the Special Jury prize at Locarno for this complex, multifaceted, emotionally astute thriller about greed and corruption in a small town.
Height of the Wave (2019) will screen as part of the Cinema Now strand at the London Korean Film Festival, running from 1-14 November in London before taking highlights around the country with the annual UK Tour.
