Ingredients:
for the dough:
flour - 450 g
warm water - 250 ml
salt - 10 g
TO REST 20 MIN
melted butter - 200 g
oil - 200 ml
for the filling:
oil - 20 ml
green onion - 1 piece
mushrooms - 250 g
spinach - 200 g
garlic - 2 cloves
salt - 4 g
black pepper - 3 g
Tray size 44 X 38 cm
IN THE OVEN 180 °C/25 minutes
