Renewable energy sources in Indonesia are abundant. But their potential remains untapped. According to Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, solar PV units have an estimated potential of generating 208 GW in the country yet only 16 MW has been installed.
Christiana Figueres, Convenor of Mission 2020 and former UNFCCC Executive Secretary, along with Dicky Edwin Hindarto, Head of the Governing Board of Yasan Mitra Hijau, discuss how to speed up the roll-out of solar rooftops.
