FAST TRAINING WEEK:
Monday-Tuesday: 13-15 hrs (no refined sugars, flours, bad fats, or toxins)
Wednesday: no food
Thursday: break fast at noon (on hour 36hr) (4 step process)
Friday: 13-15hrs (no refined sugars, flours, bad oils, or toxins)
