Today we have a special recipe for you! Jamaican Easter Bun!
In Jamaica, it’s really not Easter until you are eating a slice of Jamaican Easter bun! Easter bun is a dense sweet baked bread with complex flavors from the spices and fruits.
This moist bread is eaten during the Easter season by young and old alike and often paired with a salty and sharp
cheddar cheese. For Easter, you must have your “bun and cheese”!
