Understand the divine and devilish activities and then do a self-analysis of what you are doing most of the time. A meditator must allocate the evening time for "Shanti Karma" that is, meditation and family time. In the absence of Yam (truthfulness ), aastey (not having an eye for other's possesions), and Ahimsa (physical as well as mental), we can fall prey to Obsessive compulsive Behaviour. One must restrain going against nature.
