Story of the 40 Martyrs of Sebaste told by Ryan Penney at Birmingham Fraternus Fall Excursion 2016.
Roman soldiers who refused to renounce their faith in Christ even under intense persecution and torture, the Holy 40 Martyrs have been highly venerated in the Church since their death in 320 AD. Their courage was made possible because they had strength in numbers. Brothers in this life, they became Fratres Ad Aeternum... brothers unto eternity.
